As Owner, Licensed Massage Therapist and Integrated Facilitator with over thirty years experience and using over dozen healing modalities.
It was an automobile accident that changed my life and defined my life path as a gifted healer.
From the time I was a very small child, I always had the desire and knowing that someday I wanted to help people heal. My grandmother reinforced the dream I had of working in the healing profession by always telling me I had “healing hands.”
But life did not take me down the traditional path of being a nurse and working with sick patients. It took me in an entirely different direction and my dream of healing lay dormant for years.
Until, the day a careless driver pulled out in front of me, ramming my knee into the dashboard, and dislocating my talus bone in my foot. Rushed to the hospital in dire pain; I was told I would be disabled in ever walking again. Not one to succumb to negativity, I totally rejected that future diagnosis for myself. Through my faith in God, I knew I would walk again.
And I set about with an inspired trusted knowing to do everything I could to regain my functional walking abilities. At the end of treatments and physical therapy, they told me I would have to “live” with my disability and the pain I lived with every day of my life. There was nothing more they could do, so I was at the end of any kind of treatment and they advised me to adjust to my new “normal.”
It was in that moment, I instinctually knew I could regain my abilities, sought out a different direction for help and healing – alternative therapies.
Working with an acupuncturist, I began to see the power of the body to heal itself when the energy was unblocked, opening up the meridians in my leg for the energy to flow in natural healing. Eventually restoring all my walking abilities to full use.
My first introduction to energy healing was like a true miracle healing for me! I saw the tangible real life benefits of working with alternative therapies.
It was then, I honored that feeling from long ago to pursue my dream of being a healer; it was my calling and I knew I had found the area where I belonged.
I wanted to do for others what had just been done for me.
So, my passion drove me to learn as much as I could. My first experience in energy work was getting a certificate in Reflexology where the feet mirror the body and you can “see” what is happening energetically with the client. From there, it propelled me to know more so I kept studying and became a Licensed Massage Therapist and trained in Cranial Sacral I and II certifications. My quest kept going with training in Somatic Emotional Release work, Levels I and II.
It was during this particular training, I discovered my deeper gifts as a healer. I had the gift to assess the body by being able to see things within it. My true gifts of intuitive healing were revealed to me so I desired learning more about how to use those gifts in Lymphatic Release Massage Therapies. Further confirmation I could see and feel blockages in the body, I was able to track them through the body and learned how to release them.
I know the real mark of a healer is getting to the core root of what is causing the pain.
It’s not enough to dull the symptoms; it’s about releasing the blockage causing the pain.
Having more than thirty years of experience and wealth of training and expertise, I intuitively know where to go in the body to alleviate the cause of pain and release it.
My protocol starts with reviewing with the patient their past events and monitoring their feelings. A patient experiencing pain one place in the body, the actually source may be from hidden issues in another place in the body that need released to ease the pain.
I feel it’s knowing what to do when.
As I assess the body, I am guided to use a specific modality to deal with it and release the trauma that gets trapped from upsets in life. Left unhealed, they become sources of pain and mystery illnesses. My intuitive gifts and Integrated Therapy Approach is my key to facilitating almost instant pain relief for the majority of my clients.
I welcome those patients that have not found relief or answers from other sources.
They are the driving force that fuels my passion to facilitate a transformational healing and give them new life.
I feel blessed to serve those that enter my office who trust there is relief beyond everything they have tried or been told.
I know they are the ones that have been led to me to create healing together.
